As Senior Producer Support Lead for Marshall at The Great Escape (TGE) Festival, I played a key role in managing the brand’s presence and engagement throughout the event. Marshall, a proud sponsor, worked alongside lead agency Black Sparrow to enrich the festival experience with a creatively driven concept, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere with curated evening music events and entertainment.
Responsibilities included overseeing the production of Marshall’s design and gifting assets, ensuring they stayed true to the brand’s iconic aesthetic. I coordinated pop-up product experience spaces across Brighton, providing immersive interactions for festivalgoers. This included record selection pop-up shops featuring free vinyl from Marshall-supported homegrown talent, as well as distributing 50th anniversary headphones through competitions and exclusive giveaways to Marshall talent.
I also helped plan evening programming for Marshall’s global teams, which mixed culinary experiences with live music to encourage networking and enhance the global brand trip for all departments within the company. Along with managing logistics, I negotiated with agencies and vendors to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining the high standards Marshall is known for.
Another key element of my role was producing and designing gifting bags and “Where to Guides” for attendees, providing them with everything they needed to navigate Brighton and make the most of their time at the festival. This role involved a mix of planning, creative curation, and client service to ensure smooth operations and an unforgettable experience for both the Marshall team and festival guests, helping solidify Marshall’s presence at one of the UK’s largest music industry events.
